Out-Of-Network
There is a chance your insurance company might cover my services as an out-of-network provider. If you use out-of-network coverage, you must pay my cash-pay rate. Then each month I will provide an itemized bill for services (known as a “superbill”), which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
It's critical for you to confirm your out-of-network benefits before we begin working together.
